Re: Asking for input from the group
Hi William2050! Welcome! I commend you on your determination and resourcefulness! Your perseverance to find the answers is commendable. I am an intern here and can't make recommendations about individual practitioners, but I can recommend that on this site, Dr. Bredesen recommends trained practition...

Re: After 17 hours fast, only mild ketosis
Maybe talking on the phone with her siblings would help? And the churches are open now, with masks. I know the zoom gets tedious. Do check out one of the Doctors listed on Dr Bredesen's website at Apollo Health Co. They will have other ideas for you. Good luck, and know that you are doing an incredi...

Re: After 17 hours fast, only mild ketosis
Cold after after smoothie, prone to being cold when no reason., reaction to carbs (spikes that take a long time to come down), sleeping beyond 9 hours a day every day now, no ketosis even after 17 hours of fasting (blood strip- .1 to .4). Re: When did ApoE3 first arise?
Wow Sonoma Mike! Thanks for the reply and info. So interesting that ApoE4 could have two ancient types. Must fill an important role in an ancient past. I have read that Neanderthal was apoE4, so that one is different and older than the ApoE4 that circulates today? There is a lot to learn about this...

Re: When did ApoE3 first arise?
Hi Sonoma Mike,
I am an intern here and no new posts yet today, so I thought I would search info on ApoE4 from a search of this site back in 2018:
Is ApoE4 Neanderthal?
Interesting conversation.
Thanks,
AnnaM

Re: Evidence mounts for alternate origins of Alzheimer’s disease plaques
Hi, This may not be the best place to ask this question, but I read the following article on Ab plaque the discussion includes liver toxins and infections, (CMV, HSV-1, B. burgdorferi, C. pneumonia and H. pylori) and wonder what others think about this idea? https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3...

Re: Plasmologens for Neuroregeneration
Plasmalogens Eliminate Aging-Associated Synaptic Defects and Microglia-Mediated Neuroinflammation in Mice These findings suggest for the first time that Pls administration might be a potential intervention strategy for halting neurodegeneration and promoting neuroregeneration.
