Re: Covid 19 disease /vaccines and AD
FLCCC has been talking about these issues for a long time. The docs banded together at the beginning of Covid to try to come up with the best protocols for handling the disease, and the tsunami came upon them. One of them wrote a book called The War Against Ivermectin. It is very readable and provi...

Covid 19 disease /vaccines and AD
Hi everyone, I'm quite shocked by something I discovered recently. I started to see some articles/studies indicating that some symptoms of long covid or long vaccination were neurological. Interestingly, this set of symptoms are exactly those I had at the beginning, when I was really cognitively unw...

Re: Periodontitis / Gingivitis / Gum Disease in E4/E4
Hello, I am a bit in shock while writing this. I have recently discovered that my dentist has failed me. I have been complaining about my teeth for 2 years, and this last January finally convinced him to refer me to a specialist. I went to a Periodontist and found out I have severe periodontitis de...

Re: Modifiable risks and APOE 4/4
Im APOE 4/4 and 23andMe said having a 4/4 gives you a 28% chance of contracting it by 75, 50% by 85. Does following the practices Dr. Attia promotes decrease the risk to normal level? Assuming the majority of those with the 3/4 and 4/4 that get AD did not take any preventable measures such as exerc...

Re: APOE 4/4 - Wisdom on telling siblings/children
Here's my story. Thanks a lot, Theresa, for sharing your story. I am so sorry for your siblings. I'm looking for thoughts and wisdom on a subject I think about often but with no solid answers. Thank you, Snavec, for bringing this very relevant subject to light. I've been thinking about this a lot a...

Re: Statins and Dementia studies
A couple of monthes ago I tested it again and LDL was 100. I think it's because I started cooking with saturated fat (ghee). In the past I used olive oil, but I hear more and more doctors (like dr Paul Mason) saying we shouldn't use olive oil to cook because it oxidises easily. Opinions vary re. us...

Re: Statins and Dementia studies
An LDL of approximately 70 is great, but not particularly low -- except maybe for an e4. LDL and apoB are the measurements to pay attention to. Optimal apoB is 40-80, ideally below 62. I would like to discourage you from attempting to raise either LDL or apoB. Thanks, Plumster for your valuable inp...

My total cholesterol was always under 150: trig under 50 HDL ~70 LDL ~70 HDL/trig between 0,5 and 0,7 A couple of monthes ago I tested it again and LDL was 100. I think it's because I started cooking with saturated fat (ghee). In the past I used olive oil, but I hear more and more doctors (like dr P...
