Re: Nigerian Alzheimer's Paradox?

"Injecting" should be in the form of regular consumption of real, whole, fermented foods. And of course the elimination of fake, corrupted consumables that dominate commercial grocery stores, the elimination of chemical additives, artificial sweeteners, etc. I found one nice article about...

As regards to capsaicin I wonder if there are any studies looking at diet preferences of people who get/don’t get AD but detailed down to what plants and ingredients regularly used. For example maybe people who love and regularly eat hot sauce on everything have a lower risk? Any n of 1’s out there...

This seems to be a relatively simple set of experiments. Extract the molecules from parasites and identify the factors which reduce the immune response. Then put it in a pill, or more likely an injection. Someone, somewhere must have done this. I haven't had time to look, but I'll put it on my list...

I've found a video in which Dr. Jarred Younger explains in a quite simple way how microglia can work.
The video has about 20minutes I recommend to give it a try, I think APOE4 just enhance the immune reaction to glial activation.

We have found milk thistle gets the liver bilirubin into a good range on blood tests for my parent. Thanks TLS, yeah I was taking it for a while, this plant is amazing and I can confirm it really helps liver to regenerate. I usually have increased bilirubin levels but normally other liver markers a...

Keyword is BACTERIA! "Worm infections tend to change which bacteria call the gut home. Some of these changes can be harmful. But in other cases, they might offer benefits. One 2016 study found that a worm infection could protect mice from an inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease). The wo...

This requires anyone, especially APOE4s, who believes they are living a "healthy lifestyle" by unwittingly consuming such products either directly via processed cereals, meals, drinks, or through corn-raised beef to question that assumption. Most other countries ban such a practice (there...

Re: Fatty15 Supplement?

Hi, I've noticed recent hype on C15:0, put it into a search here and found this thread. So apparently it's not that new. I was hoping for lowering LDL and overall health benefits and mostly for my mom she has horrible joint pain and I would like to help her somehow. As a person carrying one copy of ...
