Re: ACE trial: Arterial Stiffness, Cognition and Equol

True. He is not a fan as most working to prevent or reverse AD already have some degree of hypoxia. That said, he acknowledges that it would be very helpful for those working to acclimate to high altitude. I bought a standard system without adaptive contrast, so I'm just experiencing 20 minutes of ...

Re: ACE trial: Arterial Stiffness, Cognition and Equol

Ok, it's almost two hours later and my bio age is now 21 years younger! I've been subjectively feeling better with EWOT but today is the first time I did some actual pre and post testing. I'm pretty shocked at how effective it seems to be. Curious, I recall a mention that Dr. Bredesen was n...

Re: Fiji water (silica rich water) - Reversal of Alzheimer's

I need to tell the group my mother in law passed in December at the age of 97. The good news is she was not in end stage Alzheimer's at this time. She survived getting Covid twice possible 3 times. Our condolences go out to Dennis & you. Thank you so much for your many contributions, here and e...

Re: ACE trial: Arterial Stiffness, Cognition and Equol

BUT, it appears that gadolinium is ONLY used in IVs for certain MRI procedures. I have never had an IV for my brain MRIs, so have not been exposed to it. I believe the MRIs for this study would be equivalent to the ones I receive. If they aren't using gadolinium, that would be wonderful! I have a f...

Re: ACE trial: Arterial Stiffness, Cognition and Equol

Thanks for announcing, Nancy. Just as an aside for those interested in arterial stiffness. I just did a pre and post 20-minute HIIT session using Exercise With Oxygen Therapy (EWOT) and dramatically reduced my arterial stiffness. I have the original iHeart gadget that tests pulse wave velocity and ...

Re: ACE trial: Arterial Stiffness, Cognition and Equol

Those who want to enroll may want to ask if the MRI uses a gadolinium contrast agent. Here is an FDA FDA Drug Safety Communication on these agents. Also one from a researcher at the University of New Mexico. I happen to be in a couple of groups where some group members are doing multiple repeat 30 d...

Re: Fiji water (silica rich water) - Reversal of Alzheimer's

For some reason the Facebook you have provided is not working, it’s stating that it is by invitation. How could I join that page? Also, what size of Fiji water bottle did she drink per day? Was it the 1 Liter or 16 oz? Hopefully Laurie will respond, but I've used her husband's (Dennis N Crouse PhD)...

Re: Panicking 41yr old grown up man

What scares me is the low insulin level. It says my level is below 1.6 but should be above 2.6 at least. Like I said my diet is very special. I'm fasting 22 hrs and eat a big meal in the evening. Actually the night before the blood test I had a dinner at my grandma and I ate roughly 4-500 gramms of...

Re: Celebration Thread! Biogen is going to the FDA with Aducan.

Personally, I skip right over anything labeled "celebration thread". Wild claims of a "cure" (or multiple "cures") aren't helping anxious E4s who come here for information and support. And it's going to wear out the moderators, who have to keep replying to fact-check a...

Re: Announcing a Personalized Precision Medicine Clinical Trial to Reverse Dementia

The Bredesen coaches are so expensive any additional support help would be greatly appreciated. I have no formal medical training or as a health coach, but here are a few thoughts. Do you happen to consume vitamin C relatively close in time and before you check your blood sugar? I ask as glucose mo...
