Re: Spirit animal
My granddaughter said my spirit animal is LION. She was about 10 and we were all having a special meal together. I thought that was pretty interesting and cool.

Re: The unmapped chemical complexity of our diet (Nature 2019)
I too found this fascinating. Particularly: Consider, for example, the polyphenol (–)-epigallocatechin 3-O-gallate (EGCG), an abundant biochemical compound in green tea, with potential therapeutic effects in T2DM. This is a terrific docuseries. I've watched 2 episodes so far. I'm impressed and comforted that all these doctors and scientists want to put this together that AD can be prevented and show us how. Thank you Rick for posting.

Have been on hormone therapy for 35 years. Glad to see Br...

success with chronometer
Hi all, So enjoying this site, but have had a lot of trouble finally getting to keto-diet. Cronometer (3-4 days to get working for me) has been super. Re: Diet Doctor recipes
Problem with all the cream in most "low carb" books is that after 6 mos of no sugar, no starch, but plenty of cream I found my ldl went up to 200. Dropping the cream brought it down to usual 100.
