My granddaughter said my spirit animal is LION. She was about 10 and we were all having a special meal together. I thought that was pretty interesting and cool.

hi,
I bought a small mortar and pestle because i became interested in Spanish food and Paella benefits from crushing saffron then adding hot water.
It does please me to do this and I'm getting some bomba rice this weekend that i hear is the right rice.

This is a terrific docuseries. I've watched 2 episodes so far. I'm impressed and comforted that all these doctors and scientists want to put this together that AD can be prevented and show us how. Thank you Rick for posting.

Problem with all the cream in most "low carb" books is that after 6 mos of no sugar, no starch, but plenty of cream I found my ldl went up to 200. Dropping the cream brought it down to usual 100.
I drizzle olive oil on my dinners, makes everything taste great.
