Re: Our first guest: Dr. Thomas Dayspring...

That's the number (114) that got my attention more than anything else on this lipids stuff. That and my...

Hi Anne,
Look into studies with green tea. Also look up Kukicha tea as well--very high calcium in. Eden Foods sells it.
Thanks for this reminder! I just read about this stuff the other day. Will get some!

Re: osteoporosis and alzheimer's

Hi Anne. Perhaps take a look at AlgaeCal. Their video testimonials (made by literally thousands of women) tell an encouraging story about bone density gain as measured by ‘before and after’ DEXA scores. It hard not to be impressed. It’s a comprehensive program (includes Vitamins D and K, magnesium,...

trying to follow Bredesen's recommendation for A2 grassfed leaves me with full-fat options only. I live in the Bay Area, and this milk is available at the local Whole Foods. It is so good! Organic, 2%, A2/A2. The description refers to 365 days of grass. https://alexandrefamilyfarm.com/products/a2-a...

Re: Food Restrictions Questions

We are cautioned against eating refined carbs like breads and grains, starchy vegetables like white potatoes, grains, sugars along with dairy. I am going all the way back to the beginning of learning this protocol to ask for clarification. And maybe I'm so confused with what Gundry says and what Br...

Re: saturated fat and mild keto--need ideas!

Any and all insight is welcome! Your LDL has gone up, but that’s to be expected if you’ve gone low carb or keto. You might want to watch this 5 minute video that addresses the Lipid Energy Model (LEM) hypothesis. Why LDL Cholesterol Increases on a Low Carb Diet - The Lipid Energy Model As ApoE4s, w...
