Re: Peter Attia podcast - Advancing Alzheimers disease treatment
I looked it up McGido, and it is pricey - $60 for Kindle. Saw that, but might be worth the price, can't find any reviews but might take the plunge after I'm done with the current book i'm reading. Couple other things.. - Gonzalez also mentioned infrared light therapy for mitochondrial restoration ,...

Re: Peter Attia podcast - Advancing Alzheimers disease treatment
Gonzalez seems like he's onto something. It's crazy at the start of the podcast how they remind us how little progress we've made in Alzheimers treatment but I can't help but feel that is about to change over the next decade. Really exciting to see practitioners looking at this disease in a differen...

Atomic Habits
Just finished Atomic Habits by James Clear. If you are one of those people struggling with habit change (especially those 4's who might need to make sweeping lifestyle changes) this book has been very insightful on the mechanics of good/bad habits. It really breaks down how we fail at habit change, ...

Just found this site, can upload your 23&me raw data and it offers a variety of different apps that utilize your data and give you reports. Other than promethease I haven't really done much else with my 23&me data but this site has some interesting options. I'm a bit weary of most reports as...

Re: If you should choose to drink alcohol -- which is best?
Get these things right consistently: - Getting ample quality sleep - Healthy exercise routine - Frequent contact with nature - Consistently challenging yourself cognitively (learn the piano, learn a 2nd language etc) - Frequent social engagement - Balanced healthy diet If you can do that, I personal...

His podcast with Nir Barzilai was great too. Talked about the use of Metformin extensively. I'll give this one a listen!

Re: Does anyone else use a rebounder?!
I was looking into them again but the ones I looked at were very expensive (think Bulletproof website). Maybe these were the vibration plates rather than the rebounders, but there was a claim that the best for the lymph system is (I think it was) 30 hz. Studies??? The one on the bulletproof site is...

Re: Does anyone else use a rebounder?!
Out of curiosity, are you wearing shoes? I'm typically going barefoot... noticed a bit of soreness but nothing too bad. I'm relatively new to the world of rebounding.. I bought a jumpsport so I have something that will hopefully last but don't have any extensive knowledge about how to use it but bo...
