typically estrogen cream is used independently of progresterone. It is only supposed to be used 3 times per week or less to help symptoms. oral estrogen is different, that is the one that we need to use with the progesterone for someone with a uterus

She has Functional Medicine training, and the 1st visit did blood test...all came back great except for my lipids.....now she changed her tune and won't prescribe progesterone. My old FM doc is 4 hours away. I live in Wisconsin.... not very many ...
