Yes, I would up the vegetable protein. Hemp hearts are a good source, easy to sprinkle on your salad.

Is Dr Jamnadas specifically addressing ApoE4s when referencing "our bodies" or is he speaking about the general population, because we (ApoE4s) are a minority and do have particular dietary concerns.
