Eli Lily Drug Trial

Would like to discuss pro & con's of entering the Eli Lilly trial of their drug. A client of mine has been accepted to enter which means she has moderate amounts of amyloid and tau. Her caregiver has many misgivings of trial based on Biogen results. Any insight is appreciated.

Hi all! My name is adriana and I am 33 apo3/4. To say I have trouble sleeping is an understatement, however for the past 6 months I continue to walk up around 4 am and can't go back to sleep. Overall I can usually fall asleep with the help of theanine and magnesium. Has anyone tried 5htp for those ...

Re: Awakening from Alzheimers Series

In this thread, the link provided to the "Awakening from Alzheimer's series" still takes you to a site where the video is supposed to play. Per the site, it's supposed to start again, July 8, and play for 12 days each morning. It describes itself as a video that contains the latest resear...

Re: Women accumulate Alzheimer's-related protein [Tau] faster

This is a fascinating topic! Now we may have yet another crucially important reason to look for and cautiously but adequately treat testosterone deficits in women, especially if they have Apo E4. Hi rsinda, Agreed fascinating topic. Are you familiar with the work of Dr. Ann Hathaway? https://annhat...

Hi kmsatinsbury,

Welcome to the Forum! I wanted to suggest using the Search function with the words Australia and/or Sydney. It may help you find
a fellow ApoE4 more quickly.

Warmly,
