Re: Second heart attack on Carnivore diet
G'day, I'm new to this forum and joined because of what has recently happened to me. I think I have proof that the carnivore diet causes heart disease, in me anyway. Thanks for sharing your experience. It is a cautionary tale for others who may be considering the carnivore diet. Sending best wishes...

Re: Phospholipid IV Therapy
Can I ask did your protocol include ALA. I am reading that this is useful for brain detoxing but it has not been mentioned by my practioner. Yes, the protocol I followed included this liposomal form of R lipoid acid and vitamin C: https://www.quicksilverscientific.com/all-products/vitamin-c-with-rl...

Re: Metal blood testing
Hi everyone! Sorry if this has been asked, I did have a look but couldn’t find anything specific .I’m an Apoe4/4 34 year old woman and wanted to test my blood for heavy metals. I realised I have used aluminum foil a lot and also not sure if nespresso capsules are safe? I’ve just moved to the US so ...

Re: Wrestling with all the food recommendations
Reporting back two years later: I did the Elimination Diet from the book by the same name. I discovered sensitivity to dairy and decided as well to minimize gluten though not eliminate it completely. Re: Whole body detoxification program
Apologies for posting to multiple platforms. I just read "Detox without testing" post. Thank you, very informative. We've contacted a nutritionist who, based on a hair sample test, recommended the whole body detoxification program. It includes a detox diet (mostly fluids, vegetables and f...

Re: From Alzheimer's diagnosis to recovery. My own journey
I continue to focus on the process, and I continue to learn every day about the theme. I also saw on the Apollo Health website https://www.apollohealthco.com/recode-2-0-training-for-coaches-faqs/ that there is a RECODE course for health coaches that everyone can take. I am not a health coach, but I...

Re: Olive oil not crucial to diet?
And P.S. how do you deal with friends who insist (1) AD is hereditary or (2) there's this new study on mice that shows...(or whatever they are telling you to refute Bredesen's trial and protocol) or (3) refuse to even look up Bredesen for themselves to see what his protocol is all about? So frustra...

Re: Anti-amyloid antibody drugs and brain shrinkage
In the absence of clear and compelling evidence that brain atrophy and ventricular expansion after exposure to anti-amyloid antibodies do not represent adverse treatment effects, existing data suggest cause for concern and uncertainty about the long-term effects of these changes. As a physician who...
