Cook Ware?

Hi Friends;

Just looking for some recommendations on what cookware you use? Any recommendations for ceramic and/steel cookware that are safe for us? Brands? They all seem to have non-stick applications to them :(

Preferably also something that I can clean relatively clean. :)

Thanks so much!

@Floramari thanks so much for the advice I really appreciate you taking the time to look at it for me. Thanks, @Slacker & Tincup but the account is just one day with an email I don't use. There is NO confidential materials on the account that I'm aware of. Just my data of what I ate on July 14th...

Rookie diet plan....needs review and critique :)

Just looking at getting a little more serious with my APOE 4/4 status. Have done genetic testing and working with a Bredesen practitioner (though not really on the diet end). Did the RECODE and blood work should be coming back soon. 50 years of age no noticeable issues of AD......exercise frequently...

I hear you marigold I often struggle looking always for simple ideas and recipes. I live a very busy life and I wish there were more items I could just buy off the shelf and prepare quickly :)

Re: Keto Power bars you would recommend?

Any recommendations from fellow Canadians (or our cousins south of the border haha) where you are getting yours. Usually, the stuff I can locate in the great white north is garbage. GoodToGo bars seem to be available at most Loblaws-owned grocery stores and Walmart in the GTA. They use an almond fl...
