It appears that resveratrol impairs your exercise (https://nutritionfacts.org/video/the-best-source-of-resveratrol/). If you can get something from food, then that would be a way to limit your supplements, like turmeric and raw cocoa in food, for example. Vitamin E and calcium are also questionable ...

Grape juice and red wine are rich with anti-oxidants. I assume this is why Bredesen recommends it (sparingly)

You might want to dial back the chocolate - Lynch says that more that 1 TBS of cocoa a day will decrease MTRR's activity even more. Susan, is there a particular place where Ben Lynch mentions which foods or things to avoid or encourage depending on mthfr snps? I don't have his book, but I've listen...

Why is your ferritin low? Heavy periods? Vegetarian? Coeliac?
I am vegan. That's probably why. My periods can sometimes last a long time; other times not come at all. I'm 48.
