Re: Intro/Wife of a 4/4
Hi 6375lbs That is a pickle. My situation is a little different. My Mum is diagnosed, but in complete denial (outwardly at least). She does take all the supplements, and she's never been one for taking pills, so I think she is aware of what she's doing and why, but we just don't talk about it! It's ...

Re: Overwhelming anxiety
Hi All the Feels, It's overwhelming, it feels like a lot to process and you want to get everything just right. You've had a lot of support on here already, so I won't repeat. But... you're 34, you have time to work on this. It's not a race. Small changes in the right direction will be easier to impl...

Re: New person intro
Hi Toad, Firstly, really well done in finding out so much information to help yourself, whilst juggling lots of other family stuff going on. I know what that's like. You sound a bit overwhelmed/stressed... is that right? There's a lot to work on, I know. Maybe just pick one small thing and work on t...

I'm not sure how to put it in here, as it's a jpg file. Using the Full Editor & Preview here (automatically comes up when you quote a post), look below the typing window & you'll see two tabs: Options & Attachments. Click on Attachments, then Add files. You can upload a .jpg file here. ...

IMG_1483.jpeg Oh, sorry, and for the not losing too much weight... the first week you do lose lots of water weight, so the weight loss does tail off. But you can always eat more healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, seeds, avocados) to stop the weight loss. And... are you replacing your electrolytes - tha...

You might be able to stay in ketosis and eat more (healthy, less processed) carbs if you're running a lot. I find lots of really active clients can eat more carbs and stay in ketosis just fine. You'll need to do a bit of trial and error to test out carb intakes and keep testing with the ketostix to ...

Hi Jane It's so good to hear that you're getting value from this website and that you're able to research things for yourself and that provides you the motivation to take action! What are some of the things that you mention that have been more of a challenge? Maybe I (or someone else) can give you s...

Hi Jasper I'm in the UK too (Coventry)! I'm on prevention (Mum has Alzheimer's) It sounds like you have a good lifestyle already, and as already pointed out, you have decades to work on it! You mention that you bumped your head, so I just thought I'd pick up on that point. I read some research recen...

Hi Veda Some people have already suggested tasting and spitting. You say, "giving up drinking for fun is not a problem". But it does sound like giving up drink AND lattes is what's making it seem hard. Is that right? And are there other things you need to give up that are bothering you too...
