Regarding: Oh, and: Some of the foods I eat, like nuts, don't work for her dentures.
There is a good recipe using ground nuts ( in a NutriBullet or blender) - Snow balls.

I do strength trainings every other day and some HIIT since almost 4 years now.
I completely changed my body, my markers, I have energy, I'm stronger and on top of it I feel grreat !!!!
