I use equal parts coconut oil and baking soda with a few drops of spearmint oil or cinnamon oil and prefer it to any toothpaste but may try this new toothpaste because soon we will no longer have the teeth cleaning insurance benefit...I have a waterpik that I use first to rinse away coffee

when I had shingles the antiviral medications gave such relief I will take them anytime ! They also will have to be my treatment for the flu since my doctor advised me not to get the flu shot anymore.

After 6months of using coconut oil for everything my HDL was a 72!!! During that time my exercise decreased due to being sick from my flu shot (doc d'cd that telling me to not get one anymore) my overall cholesterol was 240 but I think that will go down once I resume exercise.
