Welcomeaboard, Peripheral , it started about 2years ago when I had shingles....I had it on my face/eye and then on my hand, my doctor gave me Nortriptyline 5mg which I only took a few times at night because that stuff is strong and knocks me out but works for the pain...I think some of it on my feet...

I have been following Dr Gundry's diet suggestions x2weeks which I pretty much was following already just excluding some of the "HEALTHY grains" and high fructose fruits I was consuming and adding steamed salmon (10 oz) with Japanese mushrooms and cilantro and then went to a sushi restaura...

STarbucks Yukon Organic coffee , lots of it and Organic Kale Salad with vinaigrette dressing, sunflower seeds and raisins, pumpkin pie tofu custard (sweetened with agave) and brussel sprouts sauteed in olive oil with hazelnuts and of course salmon 1x a week or fish tacos. I like lentil and bean soup...
