A genome-wide association study with 1,126,563 individuals identifies new risk loci for Alzheimer’s disease
Nature Genetics | VOL 53 | SEPTEMBER 2021 | 1276–1282 |
DOI: 10.1038/s41588-021-00921-z

This research appears to be focused on those of northwest European ancestry. (Because that's where the data is.) As I understand their paper, these results appear to be more of a building block to construct a better model for risk assessment and potential genetic targets for medication than a basis for action.

Think I need to download the supplementary info, read more carefully and/or put some of these into snpedia. Not sure on any of the affect sizes or the reliability of the samples. Looks like there’s a wealth of info here.
