Here is a post (scroll down) including Marty Kendall's Data Driven Fasting (DDF) which can be used to drop serum glucose levels slowly & get into ketosis. This can be easier than just "slamming" into ketosis.

On my "intentions" for the new year. One is to incorporate Danny Dreyer's Chi Walking (essentially about posture) when I'm out doing my 4 limb exercise. I have both his DVD & book, here is a search.

Hello,

I just joined this forum and would like to participate in the virtual book club. I have Bredesen's books and I feel hopeful that there is a path for me to to navigate this apoe4 challenge. I would love to communicate with others who are dealing with this same challenge. Hope to learn and grow and support one another. Thank you.
