UK Sites: Food for the Brain, AAA..

Post by Orangeblossom »

Nice website here for people like me starting out and looking for some general tips and info. And if you are in the UK you can get a discount homocystiene test (£50 off) which is good as have been struggling to get one from my GP. It also has some tests for cognition etc.

Also noticed this one which is about the Bredesden approach but in the UK, called AAA

Have done the Food for the Brain test and was happy to have done well. All the careful work I've been doing for years on sensible eating is just what is good for the brain. Actually this seems a very competently arranged test and I'm impressed. Thanks orangeblossom for posting this. I'm in the US. Is the AAA coaching program free in the UK? Sounds worthwhile. If only everyone ate the way suggested....70% overweight in US would have to change as well as brain health (?).

Think you have to pay for the AAA program. Yes the other site I think emails you in a year to get you to re-test (in case we forget, I guess!)
