Hi Susan, This is such an interesting sleep intervention. As soon as I read your post and the linked article, I g]began pr timing it. The first few times I tried this I used a word. Now, like you, I randomly select a letter, and if I need a new one, I pick another. Very simple. I do find it relaxing, and think it is helping me fall back to sleep quickly when I wake up in the night.
