Are there any APO E phenotype tests?

Post by grommet »

Hi y’all - I saw an interview recently with Dr. Peter Attia who said that the amount of APO E that is *expressed* is way more important than the genetic component (genotype). And that the expression is way more in our control and could possibly be normalized based on dietary and exercise interventions.

Does such a test exist? I can measure my APO A and B particle counts in my blood panels but not E unfortunately.
