Phosphatidyl choline/Lecithin

Post by Donna »

Happy Friday!

I was wondering if anyone who is taking this supplement can recommend a brand?
Also, foe Apoe4/4s, is soy or sunflower better?
I’m searching for one that’s 333mg to supplement.
Any brand name greatly appreciated.

🙏

I don’t take any lecithin myself , but sometimes take phosphatidylcholine from Quicksilver Scientific. They use sunflower lecithin,

Thanks so much, Floramaria. The review was very helpful. I ordered the Now Sunflower lecithin one. I had been taking the soy derived one, which seemed to make a little clearer, but let it run out. People are so helpful on this site.
