This is a good long read the title I extracted from the description.
I am much recovered from lack of sleep due to illness and lack of good advise from doctors but my own research and writing to a prof friend who is interested in health who has a similar problem now although not as bad helped me get my ideas on the right path. Just writing about it made me see the situation better and come to a plan. This is off topic but it could be a tremendous help to others. Read.. There is nothing boring about Boron.
Anyways this can be applied to any science.
As a further note crisper gene editing has been perfected recently and is in trials so that a lot of defects can now be corrected. I will just have to find the article or someone will also post it.
