What is the best overall test to determine vitamin deficiency?

Spectracell test keeps coming up as one of the best but I am not sure if anyone recommends anything else?

I have used Genova Diagnostics NutrEval FMV amino acids in the past. I found it helpful, but I don't know how accurate any of these tests are?

Chris Masterjohn just wrote a blog about this, where he tested the Spectracell vs. Vibrant panels and got completely different results. :shock: Read here.
