PQ912 (Varoglutamstat) is an oral anti-amyloid!
It appears to be less toxic and seemingly does not produce ARIA.
Combining with Donanemab could have synergy and reduce side-effects of both.

It inhibits glutaminyl cyclase (QC) which modifies beta-amyloid to be even more neurotoxic than the regular
neurotoxic form of beta-amyloid.


Two largish studies are to complete within a year.
