Preventive Medicine Associates, Camillus NY

Post by TLS »

Camillus is a suburb of Syracuse NY.

Joseph T. Barry, MD and Nancy Popps, FNP.

Apollo trained. Offer telemedicine.

We started up with the team earlier this year. I am very happy with the office and the follow-up Telehealth appointments. A nice option for people in New York State.

Hello tonylobello!

I am one of the Support Team Interns here on the site and I would like to officially welcome you, as I see that you have joined us fairly recently. Thank you so much for sharing that you've had a positive experience with this provider - it's always helpful to hear words of affirmation from someone who has worked with a specific provider directly, especially when the experience is described as life-changing! I'm happy for you!! If you ever feel moved to share more details about your lifestyle changes or experiences as someone with Apoe 3/4 we invite you to do so on Our Stories.

I am also happy to share several tools/resources to help you get the most out of your experience with our site if you are interested: The Primer is a detailed and informative resource written by a practicing M.D. with ApoE4/4. It includes information about the biochemistry of the ApoE4 gene and offers a variety of research-based prevention strategies.

Some helpful tips to navigate the site include the How-To Guide, which includes topics such as navigating the forum, private messaging, and searching. One great tip is using the quote (") button when replying to a post. Using the button will automatically alert the member of your response.

If you have specific questions along your journey, our Wiki can provide lots of answers. See Wiki Main Page for a full list of topics and just click on the one of interest.

Again, thank you so much for sharing your good experience with a provider in the Camillus, NY area - I grew up about 60 miles south of Syracuse, and it's great to hear that there are helpful resources in that area.

This community is here to support you so please do not hesitate to reach out anytime.
We wish you continued health and happiness!

Warmly,
Karen
