We are experiencing intermittent slow responses and errors ...
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

User apoeinfo_bb already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections [1203]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
... and are working with our hosting service to troubleshoot the problem. We'll update when we think the issue is resolved.

I believe this has been resolved. We blocked these two bots, and performance was restored:

Not sure what caused it, but I was not notified that I had been quoted a couple of times, but not lately...

Intermittently, I used to find notifications in my spam folder. Since I added admin@apoe4.info to my contacts, I think delivery to my primary folder has been consistent.
