In this YouTube, the guy describes how to build a very low cost, DIY EWOT system. He mentions the adaptive contrast LiveO2 system and his DIY version is to just hold his breath for a bit while doing the exercise. I don't believe he mentions it, but I assume he is holding his breath out on the exhale, as SpO2 would drop much faster on an exhale than an inhale hold. One could also wear a continuous SpO2 ring to get a level. I believe the LiveO2 people mention getting the SpO2 into the 80's.Julie G wrote: ↑Thu Feb 15, 2024 8:42 am True. He is not a fan as most working to prevent or reverse AD already have some degree of hypoxia. That said, he acknowledges that it would be very helpful for those working to acclimate to high altitude. I bought a standard system without adaptive contrast, so I'm just experiencing 20 minutes of hyperoxia while doing HIIT.

Cool! Are you going to build your own? We're enjoying ours. I haven't experimented with breath holding yet, but I will. FWIW, I find myself purposefully breathing very deeply and slowly, even while I'm sprinting to maximize the effect of the oxygen.In this YouTube, the guy describes how to build a very low cost, DIY EWOT system. I very well may construct one. What is your basic protocol?

{edit}, one thing that would stop me from DIY would be getting a bag to put the oxygen in that isn't outgassing a bunch of harmful chemicals.

Tincup - Would you point me to the groups where some are doing protocols to rid themselves of gadolinium please?
Re: ACE trial: Arterial Stiffness, Cognition and Equol
This group is specifically on gadolinium: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1431383276922546
==========
Here is another group, and I think the founder/moderator is on point and this is legit. The program detoxes a lot of things, including gadolinium, other heavy metals as well as fat soluble hydrocarbon chemicals.
The idea is that flushing niacin will stop fat from coming out of fat cells for a few hours then there is a rebound effect. You time taking it so that the rebound peak is when you are in the sauna (usually infrared) and you've also timed moderate exercise before sauna. This materially increases the % of sebaceous (fat) sweat, which is what you want. You also consume binders to help carry any toxins that end up in the digestive track out of your body. This program was used with quite a few 9/11 first responders (paid for with donations) and some of them would have rainbow colored towels after a session, from all the came out.
Sauna, niacin, exercise detox info- I’d put this together for someone else & am copying from what I sent them.
