Recent clinical studies have affirmed the benefits of Omega 3s supplements for APOE4 carriers. See attached link.
Recent clinical studies have affirmed the benefits of Ezetimibe for APOE4 carriers in reducing the risk of ALZ.
This is good news however it does raise the issue of how to take them in combination. Ezetimibe has been shown to reduce the absorbsion of Omega 3s into the body. The Omega 3 study suggested we need to take a large 2g of DHA per day to have an effect so any material reduction of Omega 3 absorbstion might negate the benefits of Omega 3s.
Anybody have any experience or thoughts on this issue?

Thanks for those links. How significant is that interaction? Do you have a link for the source?

Its unclear if it blocks DHA/EPA the same as ALA. Its also unclear how much it might block absorbstion.
