Page 8 of the 34 pages discusses pantethine. It says to take 300 mg 3 times per day. But this discussion says that twice a day dosing is fine

I just pulled up results from Wednesday's blood draw. LDL Chol Calc (NIH) decreased from 128 in 6/2024 to 108!
Other changes are minor. Triglcerides went from 93 to 87. HDL went from 98 to 94.
The next blood draw is in March, and I will post back if it turns out that this was an outlier.
