Nice, Spunky. Interesting that these are the ingredients in Souvenaid, a medical drink sold in many parts of the world- not in the US. Recent studies have shown that the mouse version, Fortasyn Connect, has demonstrated positive cognitive and social impact on E4 mice.

The exact formulation is not a secret [1]. Has anyone here tried whipping up a batch and consuming it for a few weeks?

I've taken a product called choline cocktail II for the last 10 years. -which has some of the active ingrediants. I "felt" it made me sharper, but don't have any objective test. I also (just this past year though) have taken beet juice, which has a lot of uridine.
