Julie so sorry you had to give up the dairy, but so glad it's helped you so much! You'll recall I'm one who also doesn't tolerate A2 dairy. I do okay with small amounts of ghee or goat cheese. Luckily a little goes a long way and I don't have it often. Rarely goat's cheese. Lately I've had ghee as a treat on Sat mornings to cook three eggs in after sauteeing shallots and spinach, topped with home grown broccoli sprouts. Yum! I found a buffalo ghee with turmeric and other spices added at Trader Joes.

Yes the buffalo ghee is awesome, I use it for eggs and spinach too!
