I thought others might be interested in this blog article by Jordan Fallis that makes reference to Bredesen's protocol and related research. Several of the approaches were novel to me. https://www.optimallivingdynamics.com/b ... W3GyN8d8rM
I'm fond of combining 1 (exercise), 2 (cold) & 3 (sun) in the winter with fasting, which I consider a form of 17 (keto). So I exercise in the Sun with as few clothes on as possible while fasted 16 hours or more. For example, rock climbing in January with the air temp at freezing wearing only shorts. Skiing in March with the air temp in the 30's (F) wearing either no top or only shorts. I'd add sleep and circadian rhythm to the list.
What about inversion? A friend recently mentioned it's been shown to help thyroid issues, presumably because of blood flow - so it seems it would help the brain. I'm already doing a couple of poses for stretching (like downward dog), so why not?
I just visited my Osteopath yesterday, and told her that I was not getting deep sleep. She spent a bunch of time working in my mouth and neck to get the blood flow better... I did no exercise, yet had deep sleep last night according to my Oura ring.

Definately. I also recall that neuroscientist and yogi Ram Rao, recommends gentle inversion postures (like downward dog) to upregulate the newly discovered glymphatic system to promote beta-amyloid clearance.
