I would be interesting in attending a Chicago Culinary Meet up, if it hasn't happened yet.
Hi Gail--That's great! We are just about to pick a date for the Chicago meet-up. The dates under consideration are:
Saturday October 26
Sunday October 27
Saturday November 9
Sunday November 10

Let us know if any of those dates work better or don't work for you.

Chicago, IL 60614

Sign me up! I'm really looking forward to this. Our last Chicago meet-up had a really wonderful group. On another project, I was lucky enough to be invited to Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations for a delicious, ApoE4 appropriate meal. I hope we can put together a few more interested folks. Let's also talk about what we want to cook...

I'm looking forward to this! :D

JML and I spoke over the weekend about our menu. We're planning to prepare a beautiful autumnal ApoE4 luncheon with lots of options for individualization. You'll pick your own colorful, organic, local and seasonal salad components! We'll also either roast a pastured chicken or wild caught salmon for those who prefer some animal protein on your salad.

JML, I think you previously suggested that we park on the street. Can you provide a little more detail or is parking availability pretty obvious?

Parking is available on N. Lincoln Park West and on Stockton Drive (parallel to N. Lincoln Park West to the east). There is also a paid lot at 350 W. Belden ($12.00 for 4 hours if you use ParkWhiz or SpotHero app). As a "last resort," you can also valet park at the building for $14.00. Just pull into the circle drive at 2300 N. Lincoln Park West (Belden Stratford building), and the valet will greet you. Let them know that you are a guest of Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations to get that rate.
