For those who have been paying attention to paleo/ancestral health movement since its early days, you’ll likely recall Art as one of its original voices.

I listened to an interview with him on STEM Talk, promoting his upcoming book, The Youthful Brain, partly a strategy to avoid AD.

I enjoyed hearing him again. What a great role model for health and longevity.
