The next virtual meet-up will be on Sunday November 19 at 3:00 pm CT on Zoom. A calendar invitation was just sent to all who have expressed an interest in joining in the past (and have shared their email addresses). Looking forward to seeing everyone who can attend!

Hi - this will be my first zoom. Can you tell me if there are specific topics discussed, what the format or agenda is and anything we should have prepared. Thanks.

We don't have any set topics but usually the members bring questions to the group. We like to let everyone have a short check in and introduce themselves if they are new, and all members can share wins or challenges that they have. If you have a topic you'd like to discuss, you can put it in the chat, or mention it when you check in. We always manage to have interesting discussions!

Hi Julie,

So sorry I had to miss the call today. Last minute emergency. Tried to join from the car but was not feasible. Hope to catch the next one. Thanks.

Hope all our US members had a Happy Thanksgiving (and our other members had a chance to experience gratitude this past week).

Here are the resources that were discussed by various members of the Meet-Up last week (not endorsing, just reporting!):

Remchol Enema
(Reported to remove plaque)

Mega Benfothiamine
(for peripheral neuropathy, also mentions blood sugar regulation and reduced advanced glycation end products)

Randle Hypothesis
Fat impairs carbohydrate metabolism and vice versa--when eaten together in combination--it is a problem.

Halo LED Air Purifier

Intellipure
SuperV Air Filtration System

Valter Longo Fast Mimicking Diet
5 Day fasting kit

HOMA-IR calculator
(enter your fasting glucose and fasting insulin to get an insulin resistance score)

Sea Vegetables (Marine Coast Sea Vegetables)
Sprinkle on foods

Ketoflex Diet for Vegans/Vegetarians
Cautions and tips

Thank you so much for this follow up. This is very helpful to further research these topics.

Take care!
