I’m wondering if anyone knows/has thoughts on BCG vaccine to lower the risk of AD?

I came across a study just finalizing (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04449926) on plasma amyloid and BCG vaccine. I reached out to the contact and got a response saying they were most likely going to report favorable results:

Hi 75percent, thanks for posting the links. I looked at both. Interesting approach. If you happen to see the results when they are reported, please post them in this thread.75percent wrote: ↑Sat Dec 18, 2021 12:45 pm I’m wondering if anyone knows/has thoughts on BCG vaccine to lower the risk of AD?

I will be looking out for it. There is other research based on bladder cancer patients treated with BCG who had a lowered risk of Alzheimer's: https://journals.plos.org/plosone/artic ... ne.0224433
