Agree, well done and therein lies the problem. We have a "disease" that we struggle to identify and through a series of mishaps have settled on using a biomarker that often doesn't correlate with symptoms. This is compounded by the fact that the vast majority of pharmaceutical treatment is focused on destroying that biomarker without understanding it's relevance... what could go wrong? Sigh.
