Peter Attia's Studying Studies series taught me that food frequency questionnaires can be very unreliable. He also taught me that when the OR (odds ratio) range crosses 1 that the result is not statistically significant. Most of the men's results are in this category. Of course, the data was gender specific but the female dataset was much larger.
