Hi,
I have just finished reading Dale Bredesen's 'The End Of Alzheimer's'. I would like to know people's opinions of his second book 'The End of Alzheimer's Programme'. Is it worth reading this book as well? Is there any extra practical information in there that is good to know?
Many thanks

Re: Dale Bredesen's second book
I very much recommend Dr Bredesen's second book, The End of Alzheimer's Program. With the exception of a few tweaks, the second book maintains the ReCode protocol, but presents practical information and steps to implement the protocol including a step by step guide on the order of events. I've referred to it numerous times. I prefer my Kindle version on my computer (downloading the Kindle software was free) so I can quickly go to a subject I'm looking for by using the search function.
Our wiki article Bredesen Protocol very briefly addresses the changes.
