There is a Drs Summit on Reversing Alzheimer's coming up. It starts on 14 June, it’s free, and you can watch as much of it, or as little of it as you like, but it’ll be packed full of information about what you can do to improve your brain health. I went to last year's and I really enjoyed it.

I bought the series. So, I already have it. It was very reasonably priced and I get to keep it to review as needed. I started with Julie G's interview and she hit it out of the park. She is such an amazing advocate!

I just bought it a couple of days ago and started it. Looking forward to (hopefully) new information I haven't already learned from Apollo's site or this site. Downloaded the freebies they included and paid for the two additional seminars. I'm overwhelmed with information!

Will set aside an hour a day to get through it all!

Welcome 1ofMany!

We're glad you found this community! Like you, I found this community after reading of Dr. Bredesen's work and going down lots of other "rabbit holes" of information as someone with two copies of ApoE4. This is a place that brings many of us hope for ourselves and each other.

We each bring our unique perspective and experiences with ApoE4, and often with caring for loved ones who had Alzheimer's disease. We'd love to know more about which sessions you found most helpful, what questions you which had been covered and your own story of ApoE4. You can see examples of others who may have stories similar to yours on our Our Stories forum topic and add a new topic any time you'd like!

Warmly,

Nancy

I've been following DrSummits monthly webinars for about a year, mostly to learn about the rare chronic illnesses I have that very few doctors treat. I registered for the Reverse Alzheimers summit late and listened to Day 1 during the replay. One of the female Day 1 speakers talked about the APOE risk for Alzheimer's and apoe.info. I checked my 23AndMe raw data and realized I am one who has a much greater risk than many so I joined this community. Bredesen spoke at earlier summits but I didn't realize then how much PreCODE is relevant to me until this week.
