Blue Light Blocking Glasses

Post by JanHoo »

As I understand it, blue light blocking glasses are important to wear in the evening for better sleep. There are so many different types out there. Everything from reasonably priced glasses to Swanwick, TruDark to Theraspecs? Anybody have any recommendations?

I don't personally have a recommendation, but maybe this article might offer a good option for you.

This is confusing to me as I have read for the most part that it has to be a orange/red tint to work the best for ApoE4/4.

Hi JanHoo, I don’t believe that blue blockers have to have amber lenses. But the ones I’ve been using for several years do. Mine are from Spectra479. They work well for me. You can get them on Amazon or from Spectra479.com.
