Prodrone Neuro Availability
I’ve been taking Prodrone Neuro for several years ordering directly from Prodrone using the ApoE4 Forum Discount. I’ve been trying to place an order for several weeks but it’s currently not available and states that it is coming back soon. Other medical sites that sell it also state that Prodrone-Neuro is on back order. Does anyone have information on the reason for this.? I was able to get Prodrone Glia.
Re: Prodrone Neuro Availability
We had the same issue with pills, but we were able to order the oil.

Re: Prodrone Neuro Availability
In a recent interview with Dr. Goodenowe, I believe he said they are discontinuing the ProdromeNeuro capsules and will only offer it in liquid form. I can take the ProdromeGlia straight but the ProdromeNeuro has too intense a taste for me so I put mine in gel caps.JulieAnnie wrote: ↑Tue Aug 13, 2024 7:12 pm I’ve been taking Prodrone Neuro for several years ordering directly from Prodrone using the ApoE4 Forum Discount. How do you ‘put it in gelcaps’?

Re: Prodrone Neuro Availability
Hi Lizzie16,
My process is to fill each gelcap just before taking. I don’t think it would be possible to pre-fill a week’s worth. They would leak and then melt together.
What I do: I buy a container of size 00 empty gelatin capsules. Very inexpensive. I get 300 for around $9 at a local health food store. After separating the two pieces of the gelcap, I invert the ProdromeNeuro bottle over the larger empty piece. It comes out drop by drop. It doesn’t pour out because of the plastic insert that comes in the neck of the bottle. So it is fairly easy to manage. Once it gets near the top, I pop the other side of the capsule on, which closes it, and without setting it down, swallow it with a liquid. (Rather than swallowing with water, I like to use something with a fairly strong flavor, like a herbal tea, so that I can’t taste the ProdromeNeuro.) I repeat with a second capsule to get to my desired dosage.
Things to keep in mind:
~Do not overfill. If it spills out onto your hand it is wasting the ProdromeNeuro and also smells and you will taste it. You could start by just filling the caps 1/2 ways until to get used to doing it.
~ProdromeNeuro needs to be refrigerated and, in my experience, it will not drip out from the bottle at refrigerator temperature. Setting it out on the countertop around 10 minutes before filling the caps takes care of that.
It is a lot easier than it sounds. Really quick and easy.
