Hi Paul, you have so many good questions. As the volume might be overwhelming for people I might suggest going to separate forums for the different topics.

I’d really like to hear how you’re doing with all of this in an update. Yes the Bredesen protocol outlined in the book can be overwhelming when considering it.

what helped motivate me was his book of testimonies/essays from people who had followed it:

what it was like before, what they incorporated, and how they changed. None of them said they did it perfectly.
