Has anyone been seen at the WAM at Cleveland Clinic? I have an appointment there in December and was curious if anyone else had tried it. Despite the name it's located in Las Vegas, though it is focused on women with risk factors between 30 and 60 years old. It is a multi-day process involving cognitive testing as well as meeting with a neuropsychologist and neurologist. Best of all, it's covered by my insurance (even though I'm coming to see them from another state)!
I was previously seen by Dr. Richard Isaacson when he ran the Alzheimer's Prevention Clinic at Cornell and I've been looking for something similar ever since he left. I will report back after my visit but I'm curious if anyone has heard of this program or been to it themselves.

I think I just clicked on the "request an appointment" button. It took a few tries to reach them but they've been very nice and helpful. About a 3 month wait for an appointment. Good luck!

I went there twice. It was disappointing. Nothing was covered for me but I was also in Dr. Isaacson's clinic in NY and since he left it is fairly lame and wanted to get in somewhere that had experience in prevention. I liked Jessica Caldwell very much but I didn't find much value in it other than getting cognitively tested on a regular basis. Maybe because I scored so hi on my testing? I don't know. But let me know if your experience is any different. I'm still fumbling around trying to get back into some effective clinic.

I've also been to Dr. Richard Isaacson's clinic at Cornell. They now have a nurse practitioner in the place of Isaacson, and it doesn't feel as helpful as it used to be. Has anyone tried BetterBrain (the virtual dementia prevention clinic)?
